AL KHAMAEL CITY is a comprehensive urban development project located in October 6th City, Egypt. This ambitious master-planned community integrates residential, commercial, and recreational spaces within a cohesive urban framework, creating a sustainable and livable environment for residents and visitors.
The project encompasses multiple phases of development, with careful attention to urban planning principles that prioritize pedestrian connectivity, green spaces, and community amenities. The landscape design plays a crucial role in defining the character of the development, with tree-lined boulevards, neighborhood parks, and central gathering spaces that enhance the quality of life for residents.
As an Urban Designer on this project, Khaled Elnezily contributed to creating a comprehensive landscape master plan that addresses the challenges of the desert environment while providing abundant green spaces and outdoor amenities. The design incorporates sustainable water management strategies, climate-appropriate plant selections, and thoughtful integration of hardscape elements to create a cohesive and visually appealing urban landscape.
