CLUB LAND is a premier recreational and sports complex located in October 6th City, Egypt. This comprehensive development combines state-of-the-art sports facilities with beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, creating a vibrant community hub for fitness, leisure, and social activities.
The project features a diverse range of amenities including tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness centers, and multipurpose fields, all integrated within a cohesive landscape design. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully planned to provide both active and passive recreation opportunities, with shaded seating areas, walking paths, and gathering spaces that encourage community interaction.
As a landscape architect on this project, Khaled Elnezily focused on creating a sustainable and visually appealing environment that enhances the user experience while addressing the unique challenges of the local climate. The design incorporates drought-resistant native plants, efficient irrigation systems, and strategic shade structures to create comfortable microclimates throughout the complex.
